Dipl.-Geologe Frank Neumann graduated from the Institute of Applied Geology at the University of Karlsruhe, specialising in engineering geology, soil and rock mechanics. He is registered with the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Engineers in the fields of groundwater, contaminated sites and hydrogeology. He is also registered as an Ingénieur-Conseil (consulting engineer) with the Ordre des Architectes et Ingénieurs-Conseils Luxembourg and is recognised as a BDG consulting geoscientist by the Berufsverband Deutscher Geowissenschaftler e.V. (BDG). He is also registered in the licence directory of BDG consulting geoscientists
Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Oliver Semmelsberger joined the company in 2012 and was granted power of attorney in 2016. He was appointed Managing Director in 2024. He graduated from Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences in civil engineering, specialising in construction management. In addition to his academic education, Oliver has vocational training as a building materials tester in the field of soil. He is a member of the Association of Road and Transport Engineers in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland e.V. (VSVI) and holds the title „Consultant Geoscientist BDG”, as he is registered in the licence register of Consultant Geoscientists BDG.
B.Eng/B.Sc. Pascal Begon was appointed Branch Manager for the Bitburg site in 2019 and was granted power of attorney in 2024. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Geosciences from the University of Trier and a further Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Trier University of Applied Sciences. His academic background and professional experience contribute significantly to his role in managing the Bitburg branch.
